Interview with Tim Mackie from The Bible Project.I had such a great time meeting Tim Mackie. He was engaging, brilliant and open. I was impressed. I bought two of The Bible Project's coffee table books. One for me because - let's face it - I'm a book hoarder. And one to share with one of you! Contest details coming - but for now, check out the interview.

Ever felt lost? Out of community? Without a home? This interview with dear friends Renee and Wayne will encourage your heart. Listen in as we chat about grace, the church and finding your way. Check out the links in the YouTube bio for more information about this amazing place. And if any of you are fantastic camera people - I could use a lesson....help! Dr. Nathan Roskam is a friend of mine. Known him forever. Impressed with his intelligence, his openness and his willingness to serve where God leads. Watch this interview for a great conversation about shoes, grace and a fun preview of an adventure headed this way. People seem to love to read about my stories when something gross is involved. Puke seems to be a favorite but alas is not a part of this story. There is a mess though. You know life isn't perfect right? Enjoy it anyway. Shine in the midst of the mess. Quilts are like relationships. They get old and worn out. I made this quilt 18 years ago for my husband. It has holes and is threadbare. I've had to decide if I should keep it or throw it out. Really - we all make the same decisions in all of our relationships. I cleaned out my photo storage yesterday. I realized I take the same photos of vegetables out of my garden every August. This photo was actually from my parents. I take pictures of other people's vegetables also. Watch the video to see why. |
